Starting from a one hour ride (Learn to run 1) you will be able to run for two hour workout in just 25 days without checking your watch.
Each training day will be accompanied by a random selection of music in your phone (option to select a folder on your sd or phone).
Possible to run without music.
A beep will alert you of a phase transition between running and walking.
During walking, the music will stop automatically (in the options it is possible to hear the music without interruption).
You can run and follow the time without worrying about the clock!
You can change songs using the buttons or turn on and adjust the preferences menu in Shake to change music by shaking the device without having to unlock every time.
Council not to exceed 4 workouts per week.
